I was very pleased with the location of the hotel, and its facilities are also excellent. It provides comfortable accommodation without expecting too much. I think things would be a little better if employees just tried to communicate a little more.

Seen reviews on TikTok was abit put off how ever soon as I landed staff where friendly helpful and ready to support u at all times . Food decent not the best but made fresh daily . Big shout out to Zack and Lucas always trying there best to entertain everyone specially the kids . Any special occasion they'll make it special. The hotel is clean with a banging view and can't complain really. Don't fall for the negative comments till u experience deffo will be back soon

The hotel is clean and they have very friendly staff. Theres a pool outside and also games to play, including a pool table. Everyday, theres something going on, like baby disco, bingo, and Dj Night. The all inclusive is great, and food is lovely. Zack & Lucas have lovely personalities, they are approachable and made my birthday special.

Zack and Lucas excellent entertainment, going to miss them when I go home , drinks flowed, shame about having to pay for cocktails,food average,over all a friendly hotel staff on que, will come back,pool very clean and refreshing, thanks for everything

Really nice hotel, food maybe could have been slightly better but overall was very tasty most of the time. Lovely hotel staff and nice lively bar. Good for price, only thing that could be improved was amount of sun beds around the pool, they are hard to get in the summer and you might have to wake up early to put down a towel

Loved this hotel!!! Yeah the food is a bit on the naff side but the staff are amazing all so friendly and joke around with you, really made friends with everyone. Room was clean and had 2 balconies! Everything worked. Was such a laugh and also so relaxing Thankyou!!!

Having a turkey bath was a great experience and the staff looked after you every well all visits should go and have one at the begonville hotel. Would 100% recommend. I would say it is defo worth the money. Great great personn JJ who make sure you get that experience 😀👍
