Hotel Ideal Pearl

Just came back from a weeks holiday staying here. The moment we arrived we were very impressed . The hotel is in a great location with everything you want from a holiday at touching distance . The standard of the hotel was apparent from as soon as we arrived with its cleanliness and high standard of detail To the decor. The best part of it was every single member of staff you could tell prioritised high standard to there jobs and giving top customer satisfaction throughout - any staff member we asked for anything would go above and beyond to make this happen for us. Food was a good standard with many options throughout breakfast , lunch and dinner - we instantly built a great relationship with a waiter orhan who we could see went above and beyond to make sure all guest were having the best holiday possible and he would do what he could do to make it happen - the little things with not even to ask for cold water when we was melting in the heat made a huge difference - you could see all the catering staff were well supported and managed by the duty manager out on the restaurant floor every day as he supported them With delivering a high standard of service. Entertainment team - Bobby and Diego again a live and beyond in there role they made entertainment to cater to all needs of people in the hotel and got everyone involved - they took us on a night out and made sure we were safe getting there , in the club and also returning home that evening - would highly recommend going out with them. Yep great guys who do a great job all Day long - evening entertainment was great variety of shows that included the audience- we have been to marmaris many many times and this time we hardly left the hotel as we did not want to miss out on the entertainment. If you are considering this hotel , book it , it is exceptional location , building and food and the staff make sure you are in holiday mode throughout

This is lovely, clean and quite modern hotel, the pool area had lots of sun loungers and we never struggled to get a seat in the spacious restaurant. The outside bar area was a particular favourite of ours! There is excellent staff, who are friendly and welcoming. Although not on the main seafront, it is in a really good location, only 2 minutes walk from the main *****. Would recommend as a slightly cheaper alternative to a sea-front hotel,

Really friendly staff, especially the bar staff. Hotel was clean and modern and our room was spacious and well kept. The balcony was small and facing another building, which we noticed many were, but we didn’t plan to use it anyway. The outside bar was well stocked and staffed and stayed open later than advertised. We were surprised at how busy it was, as we visited during the last week of the season. Many other hotels have stopped entertainment by this time and are winding down staff etc, but this wasn’t the case here! Pool area was clean and had plenty of sunloungers. Food included a nice, freshly cooked option in addition to the inside Buffett. Was a super quick 5 minute walk to the main ***** and beach. All in all a really good value for money hotel. We’ve stayed in Marmaris numerous times and would definitely come back here.

Upon arrival staff where very freindly and welcoming this continued throughout our stay. The bar, entertainment and waiting staff especially. We cannot fault them at all they made the stay what it was. I wish I could give this hotel a better review for the sake of the staff as they truly where amazing Unfortunately my husband woke up with bites and we found our room had bedbugs there was evidence of this on the mattress and sheets and the obvious bites, I think the leather headboards do not help with this as lots of places for them to hide. I do understand that these where probably taken in by the last occupants and are hard to find in the early stages (we seen a few marks on the sheets upon arrival but didn't think much of it) but steaming the matresses and the maids checking closely between visits would be a good investment. We where moved originally being offered the room next door but I was not happy with this due to the close vicinity and knowing they can move to adjoining rooms. The manager did then offer another room on a separate floor we had no more issues or bites after this. I feel would could have been offered laundry facilities to boil our bed clothes instead I sealed these in a bag and left them out on our balcony. The beds where very hard and the sunbeds outside need replacing as lots of them are unfit for use (screws coming out and the material is sagging). The food was all edible but very limited in options to any other hotel I have been to the desert where fab and there is always chips available if your super fussy with foods. Pool was lovely and the entertainment was good the hotel is close to the beach although the hotels take up alot of the beach space but there are some gaps where you can get onto the beach for a swim. If you walk left as you get the the beachfront around 25 mins there is a lovely place called stella they have sunbeds and free wifi and just want you to buy a drink they have a nice pier to sit and eat at also.

Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel for a short break. We had a fantastic time here. Location - close enough for shopping, not too noisy at night, little road noise even when sitting at the pool. Rooms - rooms were excellent, really well furnished, modern and comfortable. The cleaning staff (we were on floor 2) were excellent, friendly and worked with a smile on their face - room was spotless. Bar area and pool area - excellent. No difficulty in getting sun beds, pool good temperature. Staff at the bar once again excellent Nük and the guys (apologies I can't recall their names) were excellent, always served quickly and in a friendly manner. Drinks again excellent and consistent. Food - good selection, enjoyed the outside grill area. Would have liked more Turkish food available, but overall food acceptable and always found something nice to eat. The entertainment - acceptable, maybe could be improved for night time with acts/variance in performance. Both hosts worked very hard with limited resources, and friendly and definitely not pushy. I would definitely return to PD hotels. Thank you all for a very memorable, enjoyable relaxing holiday.

Negatives first When we arrived we had a huge Tree at the balcony, offered another room which was a box room in the eaves that would be fitting for student accommodation. He knew we wouldn't move! Advised there are no rooms with views, as quite built up. After to talking to other residents we were actually lucky with our room. No storage l have to hang my clothes off the door frame. WiFi logs you out every time you leave the hotel & you need your passport number to log back in! Miserable rude receptionist with orange hair on in the evening, not helpful at all, just on her phone continuously. All sunbeds gone by 7am. Some people reserving 2 on either side of the pool to follow the Sun. Very selfish. After that you have to move other people's beds around to try & make Space. Usual people leave towels all then come back at 3pm so annoying but it happens everywhere. All the sunbeds have had it. People were buying lilos to put on them it's like laying on a metal bunk bed with no mattress Balcony door has no outside handle & you will get stuck out there if you close the door. One girl was trapped on her balcony for 2 hours at 4 in the morning. Food not available when we arrived 9pm, however did have snacks at 23.00 Only plastic glasses available as bar is at the pool. Positives Entertainment not bad Drinks not bad either you can get drunk eventually. Good hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo. Shower was great. Rooms cleaned daily & towels changed, maids were lovely. Coffee shop gem hidden to the right side of the outdoor food area, down the steps. There are also better toilets down there too. You can get coffees hot & cold +flavoured from 12.00 Book swap on every floor by the lift which was very useful. Location is great, a short walk to nearest bars & shops then a little further to the beach. If you turn right out of hotel, right again & follow the road round, Billys cozy corner is excellent. If you cross the road it heads to the beach. Busier bars to the left (younger) a few to the right. Cettia hotel excellent entertainment, unfortunately we found to late into our holiday. Warning Wild boars/pigs roam the streets at night, they are huge. If you ignore them they ignore you. Talk of the town up the other end is excellent highly recommend. £25 for a 2 hr show plus a nice chicken & chips with salad & bread & butter. Roxys at the other end if free but they were so rude to us we didn't stay there. All in all a good holiday
