Well renovated apartment, we stayed in Unit 23. good beds, linen, and furniture. Mostly clean although the air conditioning vents in the bedrooms and ensuite were full of dust and fluff. No blinds in the bedrooms for night privacy. Closed the shutters in one room but shutters broken in the other. Sea view really only from the rooftop. Stairway handrail was very grubby from hands on it, definitely needed cleaning. Bring your own face washer! It would have been nice if there were salt and pepper available.

The place and location was amazing!! It was right across from the beach which was great!! One of the bathrooms was uncleaned and there were old mouldy food scraps in the bin that hadn’t been taken out. Other than these small things it was amazing and would definitely recommend.

Advertised description was nothing like reality. Unable to see sea views unless you go 12 steps up after you have left your apartment. The TV in the lounge did not work at all. Tried to get help from the lady in reception but she failed to be able to fix. Was unable to use tumble drier due to the complexity. Paid top dollar due to it being Easter and was looking forward to what looked like a great getaway. The fact that the 'lady' who was there to 'help' and didn't, finished off by telling me that she couldn't help it if I was too old, topped it all off! I travel from the UK to Australia every year, by myself. No problem!

We stayed here in Unit 9 (Premium Apartment 2 Bedroom Oceanview) for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, bright, and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, front reception service was fantastic, secure car parking. The apartments are a very close walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and the patrolled beach just across the road. There is very little road noise due to the one way street out the front. The “oceanview” is more of an ocean glimpse due to only being on 1st floor. We would definitely stay here again, next time we’re keen to book a rooftop apartment.
