Great hotel, very good location and very close to the market square and Bahia palace which is one of the main attractions, staff was very friendly and helpful and going the extra mile for you. Overall, l would stay there again if went back to Marrakech.😊

The hotel is located in the old town, and it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. The small courtyard is beautifully decorated. The standard room is relatively small, and there is not even a table in the room. It is OK to stay for one night to facilitate sightseeing.

It is located in the old part and if you are used to the Netherlands it can be a bit of a shock, but we enjoyed it so much.
Riad Khabia is fantastic. Location is close to the Jewish Square, so it is within walking distance. Breakfast delicious and cleaned every day.
On the day of departure we were given bags with breakfast items in them because we had to leave before breakfast.
Staff helpful. In short, highly recommended
