The room has a balcony, but the pillows are really uncomfortable. The twin room has a bed that is only 80cm wide, which is really narrow and small. The breakfast is also terrible. All the people are Chinese. It should be a hotel cooperating with tour groups. The service attitude of the front desk is okay.

As someone who works for Tripadvisor, I can confidently say that this 4-star hotel easily delivers a 5-star experience! From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. A special shoutout to the incredible management team and reception staff—Amine, Norah, Ashraf—along with Adil, Soheil, and the hardworking cleaning team, who ensured our rooms were spotless every single day. The facilities here are outstanding! The gym, pool, and spa were absolute highlights, and the spa in particular was a perfect 10/10 experience. We also have to commend the restaurant team for their exceptional service and delicious breakfasts that set the tone for our day. Even when I had the unfortunate mishap of breaking my toe outside the hotel, the first aid staff were quick, professional, and so kind—true lifesavers! From the security team to the porters, everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. This was my fifth stay here, and it keeps getting better. I brought my friends along this time for their first visit, and they were blown away. The hotel’s amazing location, impeccable service, and warm atmosphere have made us all eager to return. If you're considering staying here, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem! Highly, highly recommended! It's perfect for families. I can't wait to come back!

Unsure why tourist companies keep using the same old tired tourist hotels. Got to hotel at 3.30pm. Had to wait another 45min to get room key. Got to room and no towels. Back down to reception to request. Service staff delivered but unfriendly and unhelpful. Hotel is 5km from CBD hence no restaurants or cafes near by. Hotel dinner buffet option was ok. Breakfast was a shambles with too many people, lack of seating and food running out quickly. There is a small minimart across the road for water but very limited selection. Next day, room not cleaned when we got back at 5pm. Mysteriously towels disappeared again!!. There are other options closer to the city but this hotel does not cut it.

Wazo by name Whacko by nature. Hotel reminded me of the old Billy Butlins sites, pile in a whole load of people... ensure there is a lack of quality food.... continue the trend of a very poor breakfast selection... ...."kerching".... Large tourist groups come through, some of them on Celiac or Gluten Free requirements.... no food available..... breakfasts really bad.. Pool, noisy but okay Rooms really vary from the ones facing the pool and bar... noisy until 1pm... Rooms facing rear of hotel... quieter.... A 2 day stay here long enough... ...."and breathe "....

First impression of the hotel on entering is very good.... nice outside places, good pool, plenty of chairs etc. Lounges and bar area are good and well maintained. The rooms are quite good, got all you need - except the air conditioning is minimal if at all and just things like the safe not working properly and door hinges need tightening, stupid little things. Where this hotel really falls down is their buffet dining room.... first if could do with sprucing up but more than that items are not replaced as they are used... one day I went down for breakfast and they had a few coach loads in which resulted in no cutlery, no plates, no glasses and when they did arrive 20 mins later - there was literally no food to be had! Another 20 mins and the replenished everything but many guests are on a time limit as going out on tours etc.... they just need to replenish as things get used rather than wait till everything has gone! Breakfasts starts at 7am I think it was but the egg station does not open till 8.30!!! Obviously they do not want you to have! Dinner was more sedate but little selection.

First time we make our stay in Marrakech in wazzo hotel .... for the check in was perfect and professional by Salah edine the gentleman was in night shift any way I'm was exepect more about First night for the breakfast nothing much in the buffet more to added Second days nothing much we spent the day in pool area you need to wait for beef burger and mixed grilled more than 45 muinte ( 100 mad for mixed grilled one psc of chiken and 3 psc of kofta .......) o want to thanks younes from the spa front of the hotel was cool and polite 😎 😀 😉 About housekeeping 4/10 more to change in this department specifically the supervisor (madam with glasse not at all professional) For the checkout was cool smoth
