The WiFi did not work and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The food was terrible as the bread was often very hard. The rest of the meals were often undercooked and options were limited. The room was cramped and the plug sockets were in inconvenient places, such as behind the wardrobe.

We've been staying in this hotel since 17.07. Everything except the daily room-clening is terrible. The manager is the rudest person ever. The breakfast is terrible, poor and most of the time table is empty. If we ask for re-fill, the manager gets nervous. Today the bread was like a stone, so one of the guests brought down his own. The manager started yelling and took the phone to call the police. The stuff is trying to be helpful and polite but they are totally out of order. They look that the plates with salami and cheese are getting empty, and they do not re-fill them, instead they are staring at looking how much each guest has eaten. There are no refrigiretors in the rooms, and firstly they asked 10eur per day per person for using their swimming pool which is quite small. There is only one receptionist that smiles often, the others are treating us like we have never been in a hotel before. Despite the rude manager, Fondachello is not clean place, there are a few restaurants and one store on 2 km from the hotel. The sea is clean and beautuful. We regret everytime we have to go back in the hotel, or having a breakfast because we fill pressure from their terrible manager.

I stayed at the Oasi Park Hotel in May/June 2023, for 4 nights, as part of a group of 38 people on a pilgrimage around Sicily - it was not a pleasant experience. We stayed half board, and though the rooms were clean and refreshed each day, the meals were atrocious. At Breakfast, one slice of ham and one slice of cheese was laid out for each person. If someone took two, then someone else had to go without as the plates were never refilled. Only white toast-bread was available or cake/croissants which usually ran out without being refilled. Evening meals usually involved an extended delay, the final evening we waited for an hour to be served supper. The quality of food was very poor (oven-ready chips, oven-ready potato balls etc. for 2nd course) with bread so hard and dry it was difficult to eat. As the food quality was so low, some people brought their own food to the tables to eat which raised a complaint from the manager - she then made it a habit to "monitor" the dining room to check no food was brought in nor taken out (including bottled water), creating a very tense atmosphere in the room. The pasta served was okay. On departure, we were even charged for the Aqua Naturalne that we drank in the room. This was a case of excessive cost cutting going too far. I'm sure the Manager will leave a sarcastic reply below, justifying her actions, as she has done with other negative comments, however, these complaints listed above were felt by most members of our group, this is not just a personal opinion. This is not a hotel to recommend. And Yes, our guide did raise these issues with the manager as they happened, but nothing was done to correct the situation. On a positive note - the Reception staff were always very pleasant and helpful, and always smiling - the manager could learn a lot from them.

The rooms weren't that clean the tiny wardrobe didn't fit in at all they charge coffee and drinks at exorbitant prices. At breakfast we always ate the usual things and there was no choice but only croissants from the days before.

We stayed at this property and had I known this was going to be the holiday I would have happily stayed at home. The rooms stink of sewage, the cleaning is carried out without hours without organization, while you are resting they knock insistently for cleaning, when everything should have been organized before. We had dinner in the garden, buffet dinner and there was not a good thing, everything heated up and nauseating. To add then the ban on bathing on the beach in front. In short, RUINED HOLIDAY

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per una gita scolastica. L'albergo è carino, ma il cibo è penoso, la colazione è media, mentre la cena è stata un incubo. Solo una scelta se non ci piaceva dovevamo mangiarlo lo stesso. La seconda sera ci ha servito pasta con il tonno (che non era tonno), il giorno dopo siamo stati tutti male. La terza sera pizza cruda e non lievitata. Nel complesso il resto andava bene, ma vedo le altra recensione positive deduco che siamo stati trattati diversamente perché in gita scolastica, cosa che ovviamente non giustifica anzi.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel non è stato particolarmente positivo. Le stanze, seppur abbastanza pulite e visivamente carine, erano estremamente piccole, al punto che risultava difficile muoversi comodamente. L’armadio era minuscolo, praticamente inutilizzabile, e non c’era spazio sufficiente per sistemare i vestiti. Il cibo è stato il punto più deludente: spesso arrivava freddo, con un sapore che faceva pensare a piatti congelati e riscaldati all’ultimo. La qualità era davvero molto bassa, ed è stato difficile trovare qualcosa di gradevole da mangiare durante il soggiorno. Il personalesi è dimostrato abbastanza gentile e disponibile, ma purtroppo non è bastato a compensare le mancanze della struttura. La posizione non è delle migliori, un pò isolata e questo rende difficile raggiungere i punti di interesse In generale, non consiglierei questo hotel per soggiorni lunghi o per chi cerca un minimo di comfort, soprattutto a livello di spazi e ristorazione.

Mi trovo in gita scolastica in questo hotel e leggendo dei commenti negativi da parte di altri studenti, mi sento di scrivere che quanto letto non corrisponde a realtà. L’hotel è piccolo ma l’accoglienza è fantastica. Il personale è gentilissimo e ti fa sentire come a casa. La pulizia è eccellente ( sono stata in altri hotel in gita dove la pulizia era veramente carente). Il punto forte di questo hotel è però il ristorante : garantisco che in gita scolastica non è scontato trovare buon cibo! Qui invece il cibo è di ottima qualità, in cinque giorni di soggiorno il menu è stato sempre diverso, dalla carne al pesce, alla pizza e tutto cucinato in maniera divina! Il personale di sala è sempre cordiale e pronto a qualsiasi richiesta di variazione! I cannoli fatti in casa dallo Chef sono di una bontà unica! Consiglio vivamente l’Oasi Park Hotel e spero di tornarci in vacanza con la mia famiglia!
