"We booked two double rooms through booking and they accommodated our requests. I put 3 stars but in reality it would take another half, but not 4. The structure is potentially beautiful, but it lacks that extra touch that makes it a 4 star. It has a huge, very beautiful swimming pool and a smaller one for children, all set in a beautiful garden with many types of plants, with gazebos and sofas. Our rooms, adjacent and on the first floor, were very spacious. The beach is practically opposite, you just have to cross the road. But that's where the advantages end, even if we had a good time anyway. First of all it would need a refresh inside and out: there are peeling walls everywhere and mold, even in the rooms. These are very spartan: a small wardrobe and the bed with a not-so-exceptional mattress, the TV a bit so-so and the walls not soundproofed, so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. The sore point in my opinion is breakfast: from 7.30 to 9.30, only two hours, I have never seen it anywhere and especially in the summer you might want to sleep a little longer, also because if you go at 9 you don't find a great selection and a 4 star hotel shouldn't be like that. Then breakfast without typical products: in another hotel in Syracuse there was always granita and almond paste sweets available. There are only two flavors of fruit juice and drinks are dispensed from the machine, but if you ask they will bring you better drinks from the bar. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel and it is practically useless to go out on foot. They have a restaurant and pizzeria, tried both for lunch and dinner, which is not bad but the prices are too high, while the service is slow and imprecise. The staff is very kind anyway."

"We had a wonderful stay at this well-located hotel with a magnificent view of Mount Etna. The hotel's location is ideal, not far from Naxos and a reasonable distance from Taormina. The hotel gardens are very well maintained and everything is spotless. We chose a room with a small terrace at the front. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. All the necessary comforts are provided. The warm welcome and smiles delighted us, as did the helpful recommendations for good restaurants to try. The breakfast offers a wide selection of both sweet and savory options; there's something for everyone. Even though we were there off-season, the breakfast was complete and the service was excellent. We had a great stay at this hotel, although on our last day, a whole family organized a birthday party that lasted until the middle of the night, preventing us from sleeping well. We highly recommend this hotel, which offers very good value for money."

"Good: rooms (beautiful, comfortable and spacious), bathroom, breakfast ok, although minimal, beautiful garden What we didn’t like: - not a very welcoming feeling (rules everywhere and for everything) - beautiful garden and swimming pool, BUT the whole neighborhood can come swimming there (on our day it was crowdy with a lot of small children) - quality of the breakfast could be better: nothing typical, nothing home made, white bread only, no omelet,… - location not top, too far from Taormina (certainly in busy season it takes you more than an hour) and the villages around the B&B are ‘nothing’ Our 5th stop in Sicily - in comparison with the 4 first, a little disappointing"

"Overall this hotel is quite nice. I came with the school on a trip and we stayed here overnight. The food isn't the best, in fact one of my roommates vomited during the night. The rooms are very large, and the whole thing looks like one. The palm trees, the heat and the swimming pool give liveliness to the place and make it as if we were in Hawaii. They deserve 4 stars, especially for the balconies in the rooms and my friends and I chatted and made friends with American kids more or less our age. The staff was very kind and active."

"The WiFi did not work and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The food was terrible as the bread was often very hard. The rest of the meals were often undercooked and options were limited. The room was cramped and the plug sockets were in inconvenient places, such as behind the wardrobe."
