酒店真的是在一個洞裏，一切設施都非常簡陋老舊。而且這個就是以前的貧民窟改造的，位於馬特拉最西邊背靠太陽的位置，所以永遠曬不到陽光，很大的潮氣和黴味。我之前也是覺得可以體驗一晚在洞裏，但是真的對健康很不好。導遊跟我們説以前住這裏的小孩2歲前死亡率80%，所以才被政府趕走不讓住的。你可想而知花7千多塊體驗以前窮苦人的生活環境不是****是啥。馬特拉很多餐廳都是在洞穴裏，所以真沒必要吸着黴氣損壞健康體驗，山上很多很新的酒店價格還便宜很多很多。其中一家五星級酒店都比這便宜，攜程真的是冤大頭，我發現真的都是本地人不會住的地方，攜程在推！

酒店服務特別好，每個人都很熱情，環境特別棒，風景也好，我們去了加錢升級了最大的一間洞穴房間，就像住在大自然一樣，很暖和有地暖，房間超級安靜，洗澡水很大很燙，餐廳很漂亮，還有茶喝,是我們睡的最好的一晚。

到前台沒有查到我們的房間，但是有訂單，所以可能是給我們升級房型了，面積大了，但是在地下洞穴，很有特色的洞穴房間，但是我覺得住一晚就行了，有潮氣味，而且房間裏很暗，連續住會難受，早餐廳是17世紀教堂改造的，很有特色，酒店外風景很棒，但我們住的床上面的牆往下掉土渣子，弄了一床，尤其是第二天早上之後，很感謝攜程，幫聯繫酒店，給我們退了幾百元作為補償，但是酒店的特色還是值得住一晚體驗一下的。

先史時代からの歴史を体感するパノラマビューと、昔の生活を大切にしたおもてなしのしつらえに感激しました。
ウェルカムフルーツとワイン🍷でくつろぎ、刻々と光によって変わる景色を昼、夕刻、夜、朝と満喫しました。
ホスピタリティ溢れるスタッフの説明はとてもたのしく、再生により土地に貢献しているプライドを感じるものでした。地元食材の朝食は、追加で頼んだオムレツがズッキーニなどの野菜がたくさん入っておいしかったです。
鏡が部屋ごとにあるとより使いやすかったです。

第一次在酒店房間丟了錢。一個五星級酒店，外人可以隨便進來的情況下，沒有監控設備。然後告訴我很遺憾，差評！

This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. If you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to look elsewhere, but if no mobility issues, you must stay here! It’s incredible!
