民宿位置離機場及公車總站很近，附近飲食店也很多，雖然民宿比較老舊，但該有的設施也都配備，店主很親切熱心，也免費從港口接駁。

北竿島是 人不多 旅客也不多的道 所以 飯店木有 城市那麼發達，雖然 房間有點兒老，但是 人的 服務態度很好，而且非常親切！

距離機場很近，是最棒的地方。接車的先生專業度極高，介紹北竿的景點、交通、飲食。櫃台的老夫妻近九十，親切誠懇。
