Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

The hotel staff were very friendly and it was a shame that the hotel was not on the Lake Shinji side, but the buffet food for dinner and breakfast was very satisfying.
