We came back very late in the evening and went directly to the hotel we booked separately because we had a dinner appointment at the second hotel. time. We didn't miss the meals and activities we booked at the hotel later. I am really grateful and feel the Japanese service spirit. First of all, the public bath is open to the public as a day-trip hot spring, and the reception desk and hotel check-in are the same, so it gets crowded. The narrow lobby is filled with people waiting in line to take a day trip bath. After a quick check-in, I was handed an amenity set. There's usually tea and sweets in the lobby, right? Will you carry my suitcase? Elderly people come out of the public bath one after another, supported by people who appear to be helpers. Is it a day service? I'm worried. Are you going to take a bath after this? There was a lot of small trash in the changing room, so I cleaned it with a nearby mop. I don't think they are selling hot springs. Even though I went to dinner at the designated time, I waited at the entrance of the restaurant while it was being prepared. When the preparations are complete, the lady in charge yells out the room number in a loud voice. It looks like the waiting area of ​​a conveyor belt sushi restaurant from a long time ago. The contents of the meal are just like those on a school trip. The water pressure in the toilet in the room is so low that you have to press the lever for 20 seconds. The lever is directly behind the toilet seat. And it's low. A part of the board was missing from the ceiling of the closet. It's a little scary. It seems that you can also enter the hot springs at the affiliated hotels, but there is no information at the front desk. Anyway, zero hospitality. This is a big disappointment as business hotel services have improved dramatically recently. All in all, we paid about 45,000 yen for the two of us. Even though it is Golden Week, it is not worth the price.
