Классный отель, всё новое и чистое, отличное обслуживание. Всё включено, что немаловажно, ибо в этой части острова почти нет или, лучше сказать, вообще нет ресторанов/кафе или магазинов. На ужин можно попробовать даже лобстера;) Однако, я бы обратила внимание руководства на чистоту посуды в столовой, и это не только моё мнение, ведь это вопрос здоровья! В отеле такого уровня недопустимо наличие «захватанных» тарелок и, простите, недомытых. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория, но пляж ветреный и не самый удобный, но есть бассейны. Если пройдете направо, есть более удобные участки с красивейшими видами.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. A special thank you to Alexis, who made sure we always had our Masala Chai just the way we liked it — Highly recommend this hotel!
As it’s in the south it was a little windy but a few minutes walk and it’s was perfect beach weather and less windy. Known for its kite surfers

Riu Palace provides good value for it's money but what made this place special was the staff and especially management. Smita and Manager, Vikesh went above and beyond to accommodate my group so we could have an enjoyable experience and the place quickly felt like home.
The facilities are quite adequate with comfortable and modern accommodations, fun activities especially the nightly music at the Sega Stage, and the food options were pretty good!
The location is great for those looking for peace and quiet and/or water sports.
It is isolated if you're looking for more town life and will have to spend quite a bit on taxi fares to go into town and back.

Beautiful hotel in Le Morne. Building is new and in very good condition. The staff was amazing every time, from checkin to breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service.
Pools are nice and there are plenty of sunbeds around, in case the ocean is not welcoming. Food was very good, with plenty of choices. The RIU app is not the best, but that’s not something this hotel can fix.

We went on our honeymoon trip here, and we had the most amazing time! Everyone was super nice and friendly. The hotels taxis service was fantastic! We were able to see places on the island we wanted to at our own pace, with a private driver. Absolutely worth it.

Please read and digest before booking
We stayed in an elite club room, whish i would say to anyone reading this, DO NOT WASTE THE EXTRA MONEY. This is not an elute experience, you do NOT get premier drinks in the room, No Gin, No JD, and if you ask your told its not possible, its only available at the one bar in the whole hotel Not all the restaurants stated are open all of the time, there only open every other day, of which you have to book on an App, and can only do so 48hrs in advance, and is limited to numbers. There are 2 other restaurants which people queue for, for an hour to get into!! Its really a 3star hotel trying to be a 4 star..i would have uploaded some pictures but the app wont let me.

The place is very beautiful and the property is brand new. The staff is not very welcoming, not everyone is able to take customer service to the level they should. We would recommend some serious staff training to ensure the level of service matches expectations. However, there are many members of the staff that are very helpful, but the diversity is too big.

Beautiful location, terrible food
The location is nice and the amenities are beautiful. The staff is very nice. However, the food and drinks range from very limited to inedible. We stayed for 3 nights. There are 4 restaurants, only 2 of which are open daily, plus the buffet. The breakfast buffet is good, lunch is edible, dinner is inedible. You need reservations at 2 of the places, 2 are first come. We went to 1 reservation spot (thank you to the manager who got us a reservation- they were booked the entire time we were there) and the steakhouse. Both were fine enough. Wine selection is terrible unless you pay extra. Again, property is beautiful! So I would only recommend if you don’t like to eat or drink.
