Sunrise Attitude

The hotel is beautiful and full of all the needed amenities. The reception and arrival staff were very helpful. We had a lovely stay and will certainly keep it in mind for any future visits.

What can we say? This has been amazing holiday and choice of resort. We cannot find anything which went wrong. All has been excellent, from the size and organisation of the resort, location and rooms. All is clean and well looked after. The food has been all delicious, freshly cooked and a huge variety. Above all, we have had the best customer service ever!All members of staff have been amazing, helpful and so friendly, I cannot remember all their names, but we can say that Vicky at the Social House restaurant,fantastic making sure that we were always fine. The manager, Avinesh was always attentive to our needs. Ria who looked after our rooms. Yush and the whole team at the reception were very good. Special thanks go to Chris and Matheiu in the animation team. Chris at the dive centre who was extremely competent and experienced. Lushz at the welcome when we arrived. The taxi drivers, Yugle and Sam were very . Thank you all for making our holiday one to remember. We will be back. Happy New Year to you all.

This holiday was one of the best we have ever had. The whole team was incredibly warm, attentive and professional. Every wish was read from our eyes. We would especially like to praise our favourite server Don ! Many thanks for this service and the best cocktails! The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated. The culinary variety was fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection, always fresh and of high quality. The hotel was our little paradise.

Rooms were neat and comfortable. Service in hotel was generally good and pleasant Cleaning staff and restaurant area staff friendly and attended to our needs Emmanuel was very attentive to our needs. Very professional demeanour and has excellent guest relation skills. New Year's Eve party was great from start to finish Taxi service great. We booked the Sunrise attitude for the last leg of our 5 years anniversary trip to Mauritius. It was the first time that we went for an all inclusive resort We have not been disappointed, the hotel is very nice, the facilities are great, lots of options and activities offered by the structure. One of the strength of this property is their incredible staff. From our arrival to our departure, everyone has been so kind, helpful, polite, professional and friendly. From reception, to the restaurant, the bars and the activities crew, everyone showed a real dedication to their job and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. The food was quite good, some things should be labeled a bit better and I would say that the coffee is definitely not their strong suit at breakfast. The machines deliver a poor quality coffee but the staff was so nice to offer, when they could, coffee from the bar. I can't remember all the names but the staff definitely elevated our experience, Emmanuel, thanks for your time at the end of our stay. We felt that our option mattered and that you strive to improve your services. We would love to come again in the future !
