For the business trip was normal, nothing special. One of our colleagues got rooms with a broken AC. But it was nice cause this hotel together with A&W

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Amazingly helpful staff. Biggest room I have stayed in. It felt like a home. Good location. Breakfast is average at best. Has an A and W next to reception so that’s a plus. Highly recommend budget accommodation.

There are cockroaches in the room. The window of the room you can stay in is between two walls less than one meter apart or in one of two connected rooms. One of the two rooms has a lock, but you don't. This is the first time I've encountered one.
