This is an ideal location as Masjid e Nabwi is just 3 mins away. There are many restaurants nearby and almost all of them serve good food. The rooms are pretty spacious but lighting is too dull. Also the phone in my room was not working which was later fixed by the hotel staff. The king size mattress was not comfortable, seems like it requires replacement. I also hope that they will replace their existing refrigerator with the new one as it was not working well or may be moving it out of cupboard will help. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as my main focus was to have easy access of Masjid e Nabwi.

We booked an executive king room with full Nabawi Mosque view and were granted accordingly plus the access to Executive Lounge on 14th floor. We have paid full, a year in advance. It was our second stay in Movenpick during Ramadan. We were in this hotel for 18 days in 2024. This year, we stayed for 8 days. The executive lounge proviided light snacks for Iftar from Magrib to Isyak. The light snacks are also provided after terawih prayers until 2 am..Our room is spacious and very comfortable. We love our stay so much. If one area need to be improved, we suggest better food to be served during Sahoor. We found that everytime fish and prawn were served, the smell of the seafood is still obvious. Please wash them properly and InshaAllah, the food will smell and taste better. Secondly, the rice briyani or similar when served, only bones are left, as if the rice is a leftover from Iftar food. Apart from the food, the rest is excellent, hotel reception access is direct to main road, great for DIY travellers to get taxi/ Uber, many lifts and Bin Dawood supermarket is right below and within the hotel building. Thank you for all the hospitality..Regards.

The hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything. We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place. The building is older, but functional. We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone. I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩 Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365. You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us. Because the location is not that far from gate 365. This gate is near Rawdah. Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess

I’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay

Excellent location, only 100 metres from Haram, clean rooms, some with Masjid Al Nabwi view, courteous staff. Toilets/ shower are a bit too cramped. Breakfast could be improved but convenient location would mean I will come again.

Such a fantastic hotel to stay for your Umrah Trip, hospitality never witnessed before, professionalism is top notch. My housekeeper Meezan & Ibrahim were very helpful throughout my stay. Only thing to improve is furnishings as they are worn out such as lamps / sofas etc, rest very close to Masjid nabwi ladies gate 328, 3 minutes walk & you are there for your Salah. Keep up the great work Saja Team.

Quality and Price do not meet: 175 euro 2 nights, no breakfast. Stains on wall, showercabin 60 cm × 80 cm while water splatters into bathroom. Towelrod next to wc is unhygienic imho. Had a room at streetside, noisy because of traffic. On top of it the pilgrim guests were shouting in hallway until 23.00. Had to ask a travelagent 25 m from hotel to print my boardingpass. English at reception is basicly deplorable. The guy is friendly but since there is a language gap pretty useless.The good things are a pakistani take away (50 m) and Mosque of the Prpophet, the highlight of Medina, about 10-15 min walk. Taxi from trainstation at best 50 rial, back to station I paid 20 rial.

The hotel is just next to the airport from where there are direct public buses (bus number/line 400, running roughly every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes) to Al Haram. The furniture in the room is a bit aged, but other than that it is perfect for a few nights for exploring the city. Even though it is next to the airport the noise from the planes could not be heard in the room. The buffet breakfast is OK for 1-2 nights.
