Good place to stay in CBD Melbourne. The check in was very smooth as expected. The person on the front desk was helpful in all ways. The apartment is centrally located with major locations at walkable distance. Not the most luxurious of the property but yes it is comfortable and well stocked with all the necessary things. could have been better cleaned though but was tolerable as we were there for a night only. Overall good place at the price offered.

My daughter and I had a two bedroom apartment which had a whole separate floor for living area. So much space and very comfortable rooms and bathroom. We utilised the pool a few times which was wonderful and clean. Multiple tram lines were metres away and we were so close to both the city and Fitzroy which was perfect, we could easily come back for a rest in between activities. The front desk was helpful when we needed advice and were accommodating to store our luggage after check out. The only negative would be to install soft close door mechanisms on some doors. There was one that created a bang so incredibly loud it made me jump every time and woke me up a few times.

This is a very strange hotel. I arrived about 15.00 on a Sunday and reception was locked. Apparently after 13.00 is considered ‘after hours’. Finally the manager appeared and showed me how to self check in. When I got to the room, it smelled heavily of smoke and there were no towels provided. I sought out the manager at the building opposite and was scolded for knocking on his door. Towels were given and the rest of the stay was uneventful. The room itself was adequate and featured all the usual amenities including kitchen facilities. There was a shower over bathtub which I’ve never enjoyed. The location was convenient for me at this time but I would not consider staying here in the future.

Hotel was in a good location good view . The rooms were clean but the balconies was in a terrible condition I don’t think it was ever cleaned and one of the balcony had bread crumbs like someone trying to feed the birds . The lift in that hotel stopped working as we were on there and we were in 7th floor, I visited with my parents who are old and had a joint problem it was really hard to climb all those stairs but they did not fixed that as it was weekend it was like that until we left the hotel on Sunday the lift stopped working on Saturday morning . It was hard to carry all those luggage downstairs.

It is close to the food street in Melbourne. The hotel is the first net red restaurant here. Unfortunately, I do n’t like western food and I do n’t go for fun. According to my observation, there are few foreign hotels waiting in line to eat, so the facilities around the hotel are complete. Worth staying. Especially self-driving friends.
