The reception staff were very kind; in my case, even though it was before the official check-in time, they let me into my room because it was ready. I felt they offered excellent service for the price in Melbourne. I'd definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Melbourne!"

Malls, fast-food restaurants, various international cuisines, and even Chinatown are just a few steps away. Plus, personalized tours can pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel entrance. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Everything felt warm and comfortable. Highly recommended!"
