I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how much more upscale it felt compared to other hotels in the Franklin Street at the same price point. The facilities, including the indoor pool and gym, were great additions and made the stay feel more luxurious. The reception area was well-maintained and the staff was professional, giving a very positive first impression. Our room, which was for three people, was just the right size for us. It comfortably fit two large suitcases and a smaller one without feeling cramped. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable stay with a touch of class.

It's a 3 minute walk from the Southern Cross SkyBus and train station, with shopping and restaurants close by, and accessible by the free trams within Melbourne City zone. The linen is very soft and what an enjoyment sleeping in!

Hotel location are good and deco is smoothing and unique. Only setback is the breakfast which has limited spread and is the same everyday

Jacuzzi with warm water is good. Near to Korea town. But valet parking is expensive, AUD 40 per 24 hours for hotel guest. We informed reception to opt out housekeeping & gotten 10AUD credit which was used to offset our parking fees.

The location is good. Just a few minutes' walk from Southern Cross train station and tram station. The building is modern with grand decorations, and the room is spacious.
The breakfast was good,not much choices,but overall is good.
The cons: the toilet beside sauna room is a bit smelly though.
