In simple terms Air conditioning did not work, TV did not work and wifi would not connect to TV.
I was promised in writing a refund since we had to check out x2 days early. i have tried on numerous occasions to follow this up without any response.

Staff are kindly location is great, but we stay that room washing machines too noise when it working, we reported to reception, but maintenance check he told me all good, at night I try it again still same didn’t fix up, other things are great in the room.

The location is good, but the room has no air conditioning in the master bedroom which caused us some discomfort!
Overall it's a good apartment!

Great location, very accommodating and friendly staff, spacious apartment for families with essential amenities. It would be great if housekeeping could be a little more regular ie x2 for stays more than 7 days, or at least to help clear trash and change floor towels. Otherwise all good - very comfortable- thanks Collins House for a wonderful stay!

2 bed room apartment with 2 toilets. It was really spacious and great for the stay. Kitchen amenities were all available if you prefer doing your own cooking. Staff’s services were all good as well. Thank you for the stay!
