For Chinese travelers, having a hot water kettle is incredibly important. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. The washing machine and dryer were a huge convenience, allowing us to pack lighter. The induction cooktop, oven, cookware, dishes, and dishwasher, combined with the large supermarket nearby, made cooking a joy. Australian beef and lamb are truly delicious! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishcloths, salt, and pepper were all provided, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and close to both the beach and tram stops. It's also within the Free Tram Zone. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to assist. This is an excellent choice for families with children.

Overall comfortable 1 night stay. Booking/Room as described, with all necessities provided. Staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. I would recommend Quest Docklands and would consider staying again myself. Fantastic location with walkable surroundings and nice sights! Smooth check-in & check-out process; precheck-in option is a great feature, I saw it too late to utilise. Air vents may need cleaning as it didn't feel as cool as expected, woke up a little sweaty but the humid morning could have been messing with temperature. Air definitely flowing though as had to fiddle with the curtains to minimise slight bumping sounds it was making against the frame. I appreciate the welcome letter, especially the clarification on the no smoking policy. Environmentally conscious attention, always a plus!

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Only stayed one night to work in quite and great for that. Apartment was spacious and had everything you need however it had an odd lay out . A coffee station near kitchen but mire in lounge then a weird desk that was used as a pots and oan cabinet closer to lounge as well . Huge amount of pots and pans but not ione knife. Just nit thought out from perspective if patron. Tga stret its situated on is amazing. The church opposite is special. Infact every building was old and architecturally beautiful.. great place to stay in autumn with the shedding leaves for effect.. it was quiet and was nice but decoecboring, drab, and oddly laud out. I like to feel a warmth and inviting energy when I enter a hotel this was just there to give you twhsy u need to stay away from home for a night in a 1 bedroom apartment in a picturesque street in stkilda....

Close to the concert venue, quiet and comfortable, spacious room, very satisfactory bed. The only downside is that the reception is only open until 5pm. I arrived at 5:30pm but the door was closed, which made me panic. Fortunately, I received a message telling me to use the password to open the mailbox and get the room key myself. In addition, the hotel does not provide meals and there are no restaurants nearby, which is a bit inconvenient.

The room was very beautiful. There is also an elevator. Bed, table, chair, sofa Coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, pot Towels (large, small, scaffolding), soap, dryer (strong) A dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a hanger. The facilities were substantial. The shower is a bit weak, but it's warm! There was no bathtub (i _ i) There is a tram and a big car street in front of me, so I can hear a little sound, but I didn't care at all! There are seven nearby, and it was good to walk about 20 minutes from the big main station, and there was a little calm atmosphere in front of the park (there is a tram)! Check out is difficult and the time when people are there is different. It says you can leave your luggage, but it's difficult because you have to come back first when there are people. When there is no staff, the door of the building is also locked and you can't enter without a room key. I was acting with an international student who can speak English, so I was able to call a place like customer service and receive my luggage. I don't know English by myself and I think I couldn't. I wish I could receive my luggage a little more easily. (There is a staff dedicated to midnight) It was a nice stay! Thank you!

The lady at the front desk is very beautiful and more beautiful than the movie star. The blonde white girl is very enthusiastic and introduces everything in detail. The service is very good. I haven't arrived at more than 10 pm. The lady has called me several times to check in. And check-in time is 11pm! This holiday is good value for money, Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, the room is a bit old and has no balcony and the west slope is very hot. Note that people who do not drive do not have to pay an additional $ 15 parking fee to book through the platform

Customer service was wonderful. Both Rachel and Paige were amazing in looking after any requests and questions. Would stay here again. The room was a good size and had everything from full service kitchen to laundry. So convenient that its so close to the airport and the free shuttle service was an excellent touch.

Was actually really happy with our stay, the bed was very comfy which was a surprise for a hotel. Had Netflix on the TV and a nice balcony on 3rd floor. Thought the room was very nice for the price we paid. Reception people were helpful and polite. Will definitely stay there again in the future

Quest Collingwood is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants, bars, cafes, and Smith & Gertrude Sts. The staff are professional young and engaging and very customer focussed. The complex and the apartment is modern and well designed though the balcony lacks privacy as you can see your neighbours through the fence bars. If the bars were angled 45° the problem would be solved. My balcony faced north but looked into the apartment block next door but that didn’t bother me. I didn’t use the gym so unable to comment. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay out of the CBD, in a trendy area, within walking distance to the MCG, Australian Open and the City centre   I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well-equipped, with good supermarket and shopping mall facilities in the surrounding area. It is about half an hour's drive from the city center CBD. It is an apartment worth staying in for families

I'm writing this review in English so the staffs can understand what I wanna say. First of all I wanna thank the male staff on duty everyday over the entire stay of mine and the two girls on their shifts when I checked in. You guys are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I do wanna give you my heartfelt thanks. However, there was this female staff, seems to be latino or something, on duty when I came back to the property to get my luggages in the afternoon of Feb.22 aat 3:45pm. (I'm sure you can find out who was it because there were only two staffs at the front desk at that time). She was INSANELY LAZY AND RUDE. I asked for my luggages and she took my tags but said to me, rolling her eyes, ”I think the door to the luggage room is open.” She was very hospitable when dealing with the other guests, who were white, before me. I insisted she needs to go get the bags for me, and she said I'll have to wait. I waited, but apparently she didn't have anything legit to do. She was randomly checking her computer to keep me waiting. I guess what I'm trying to say is pls fire this ****** staff. 但国内同胞可以放心住酒店本身很好,其他员工也很好

I stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued! At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”. Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?! When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused. Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.

Serviced apartments that for long stay are great. Good location out in the SE of Melbourne and easy to access freeway into city or other areas. Service was great by professional staff. Will go back and next time hope the pool is back in operation (understand yearly maintenance must occur of course)
