Good not Great
Owner was great at communication. The house was lovely. There were a few issues. No trash bags in house and we werent told to bring any. There were a lot of gnats in the house. Not enough seating in living room. The lamps had usbs in them and none worked and livingbroom lamp didnt work. One of the sinks in master was shut off due to a hole in the basin and tge shower curtain liner was filthy. Tge property was nice but it needs a few small things.

Mud Island Getaway
This was a great place to stay in Memphis. Very safe and near downtown. Very quiet and safe neighborhood and the host was attentive to all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood
Great neighborhood, Paulette’s was great, the little neighborhood store was perfect. Only thing I would update would be to trim the front bushes, had to walk in the dirt off the side walk as the bushes are overgrown, and clear the cobwebs. Other than that was perfect for stay in Memphis

Perfect Escape
Perfect location on Mud Island. Soothing atmosphere, peaceful surroundings, beautiful property. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood to the mighty Mississippi trails. Going to Paulette’s for the Shrimp and grits was by far the best we’ve had. We’re looking forward to returning next year!

Best place to stay in Memphis
We stayed in this home on Mud Island, and our experience was far better than any hotel room we have ever stayed in, in Memphis. Stuart was on top of everything, providing everything you might think of (or forget to bring on a trip.)
Mud Island is minutes from downtown Memphis, parking is easy, and it is extremely safe. You can walk everywhere, and strolls up and down the river are superb.
Bottom line, this home is wonderfully comfortable, convenient, and has EVERYTHING you can ask for. Don't hesitate to stay here!
