"Overall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and ****** slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎. The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty."

"First time we stayed the rooms were clean staff was nice. However, on our return trip they put us on the 4th floor which smelled like a Cheech and Chong Movie filled of ********* smoke. Hotel staff could care less and didn’t even offer us to change rooms to a different floor. Reported again the next morning and staff member gave a vague “I’m sorry” as I turned around he didn’t know my family was at the table across and witnessed him just roll his eyes at me."

"You need to fill in the information when you check in, and you need a Goolge account to check the receipt details. Parking factory has access control, need to enter the password to get in and out, the parking lot into the hotel also need to swipe room card, feel relatively safe. The room is clean and breakfast is served warmly."
