Very strange, in an almost empty hotel, to offer the worst room, without windows and with a suffocating musty smell. Fortunately I asked to change and got a room with a window. But why not offer the best rooms first when we have rooms available?

This is the worst accommodation experience I have had in more than 20 years. It is already winter and there are mosquitoes in the room. I woke up late at night to the buzzing sound of mosquitoes and the itching of my hands from mosquito bites. I finally fell asleep later, and then I was startled when I heard a creaking sound. I thought there was a mouse, but when I turned on the light, I saw it was probably a cockroach. There were several running around on the floor, and the biggest one was biting my takeout bag.
