"Honestly, I've booked Hamptons before, and the service and facilities at the Hamptons in Dali were excellent. I don't know why the service here was so much worse. First, there were no luggage carts. Seeing how much luggage we had, there were no bellhops, let alone luggage carts. During check-in, the front desk staff kept making excuses. We said we wanted a view, and even booked a lake view, but they gave us a corner room. Breakfast came late, and they kept rushing us to get our things, as if they were afraid they'd be late getting off work."

"During this Spring Festival trip, we had a very comfortable stay for one night. We booked a parent-child room and a standard room. The children liked the tent in the parent-child room. The landlady was very enthusiastic and told us that the child would be cold when sleeping in the tent and asked us to find one. She brought a thick quilt and prepared laundry detergent for us in advance when washing the children's clothes. The environment is elegant and the hygiene is very clean! Parking is easy.
