The guy at the front desk took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the lady checked in and out quickly, which was trouble-free. She also took the initiative to inform me of the surrounding places to eat and play, and the hotel breakfast time. It was very professional. "The room was okay, but the security was poor. Our electric scooter was parked in front of the hotel, and when we went to check out the next day, it was forcibly pushed to the side of the road. The steering wheel was bent, and one of the rearview mirrors was broken off and placed on the floor mat. We went to the hotel front desk to ask the cashier, but the security footage was unclear, and the front desk couldn't explain it either. They just kept shirking responsibility. It was quite frustrating."
