We had the most fabulous time in the mountains of Merano. I had forgotten how wonderful the mountains are. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful. The food was exceptional. The hotel was very low key comfortable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary whilst staying there and they really looked after us on the day. It would seem that the British have not found Merano which is a major plus. I think we did not hear English spoken by a tourist or see a UK registered car in all the time we were in Merano. Wonderful!

A truly lovely hotel. Exceptional in all respects. Dining, terraces, pools inside and out, rooms lovely and very comfortable with views of the mountains And the staff are also wonderful and warm and always responsive. You won't be sorry.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia compagna a Merano in questo hotel con stile retró asburgico per 7 notti dal 16 al 23 agosto ! Siamo stati benissimo accolti con calore e attenzione appena arrivati ! Cura dei dettagli , pulizia sia della struttura che della nostra camera al top ! Giardino i fiori la terrazza della struttura con vista mozzafiato da godere , due piscine e due saune che la mia compagna ha molto apprezzato ! Ottima e rilassante colazione e due cene di qualità ! Alla reception puoi trovare ogni giorno escursioni organizzate di ogni tipo e Infine il fatto che non avendo la macchina, la direzione ha pensato di offrirci due abbonamenti validi di una settimana su tutti i mezzi pubblici del Trentino (veramente la ciliegina sulla torta ) !! Complimenti ai proprietari e tutto lo staff ! Un saluto da adry & ludy Da tornarci CONSIGLIATO

Het hotel ligt in een mooie groene omgeving en er stopt een bus die je in enkele minuten naar het centrum brengt. De kamers zijn eenvoudig ingericht. Let op welke kamer je boekt want niet alle kamers hebben airconditioning en het is er erg heet in de zomer. De gastvrouw en de medewerkers bij het ontbijt waren vriendelijk. Het ontbijt zelf was prima in orde.

Am Ende unserer Alpenüberquerung wollten wir uns einige Tage in Meran erholen, was uns bestens in diesem Hotel gelungen ist. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber, es gibt einen schönen Pool im Garten zum erfrischen, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Wer hier keine HP bucht, macht einen Fehler - das Essen hat Sterne - bzw. Haubenniveau.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Doppelbett (Matratzen und Kopfkissen hervorragend). Die Eigentümerin Frau Hofer ist sehr herzlich, ebenso wie das gesamte Personal. Unbedingt Halbpension buchen, denn die Küche ist ausgezeichnet. Schwimmbad, Pool und Sauna sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Verweilen in einem Meer von Rosen.

Camera grande (deluxe) e pulitissima, letto comodissimo, bellissima la posizione nei pressi dei giardini di Sissi; ottimi i servizi, la piscina coperta e scoperta (teli, accappatoi), giardino, bar e stupenda terrazza panoramica attrezzata con piante di rose; personale molto efficiente e cortese, cena gourmet imperdibile, con piacevole accompagnamento al piano. Tolles, sehr ruhiges Hotel in Fußweite zu den Gärten von Trauttmansdorf. Zum Zentrum 30 min. Sehr guter Service und sehr gute Küche! Unbedingt Halbpension buchen! Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details.
