"Incredible hotel. The owner is on site and leaves no stone unturned. The decor is fantastically elegant & stylish with every little detail captured to the highest standard. We’ve never visited a hotel, where every single meal was excellent, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. The taster menu was unbelievable, especially the aperetif. Marcello the chef should have at least 1 Michelin star for his excellence. Giovanni and Raj - best service possible. Exceptional. And let’s not forget the very knowledgeable and talented doctor that they had on site who spent a lot of time going through a very detailed report following an epigentic test, using food as the prevention. Would definitely revisit."

"My wife and I have just returned from a one-week stay at the Park Hotel Mignon, and without exaggeration, it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a special experience. After our journey, we were welcomed with refreshing cold drinks and warm towels, a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for the week ahead. We were then shown to our room. Although we hadn't paid for an upgrade, our room was beautiful, complete with a stunning balcony overlooking the mountains. Once we had settled in, we headed straight to the gardens and pool area. Both were impeccably maintained, spotless, and incredibly inviting. There were plenty of high-quality sunbeds available, each supplied with pristine towels, making it the perfect place to relax. The dining experience deserves a special mention. Dinner typically consisted of six courses, each one beautifully presented and gastronomically sublime. I can honestly say this was the finest hotel dining experience we have ever enjoyed, not just on one memorable evening, but every single night of our stay. The consistency, quality, and creativity of the food were truly remarkable. Adding to all of this was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It was clear that they took great pride in both their work and the hotel, and their attention to detail helped make our stay unforgettable. While the hotel cannot take direct credit for this, the atmosphere created by the other guests was equally special. We usually keep to ourselves when on holiday, but here we found it impossible not to strike up conversations and enjoy a drink with fellow guests. Almost everyone we spoke to had returned multiple times. One particularly lovely couple were enjoying their fourteenth visit and had already booked for next year. We have never returned to the same hotel twice, but I have to say that Park Hotel Mignon may well be the exception. In summary, if you are planning a trip to this part of Italy, you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at the Park Hotel Mignon. It is a truly exceptional hotel that delivers outstanding service, superb dining, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. We will treasure the memories of this very special week."

The hotel has over 150 years of history, which gives it a unique charm and character. At the same time, its age is starting to show in some areas, and a light refresh or renovation would make the overall experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic service, great cuisine, and plenty of Bavarian charm. Highly recommended."
