The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of Paseo de Montejo, where you can find museums, galleries, and cafes. The hotel is quiet and has excellent service. The restaurant Nai serves traditional Mexican breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, the menu is different; it has a selection of Spanish dishes.

The hotel is outside the city centre and situated on a busy road. The nice building is a plus. However, the pool is not well maintained and not very inviting. Service is friendly but extremely slow and somewhat incompetent. What‘s included in the breakfast is very basic- you have to pay for everything on top. Given that the room prices are pretty high this was an unpleasant surprise. Disappointing also that you can’t even get a freshly squeezed juice in a presumed 5 star boutique hotel. There were workmen drilling whilst we had breakfast on the terrace. Coupled with the noise from the street and the loud pop music this was not what we had hoped for. Had it been half the price I would not have expected anything. At 250 Euro per night per room this is overpriced for what it offers

Wonderful Hotel close to the Merida airport - fantastic room and incredible staff - very friendly and helpful! Good on street parking - clean - great location near the Center and the International Airport. Definitely a 5 star Boutique hotel with personalized service and always smiles! Don't miss it!

Although this hotel is not really within walking distance to much of any interest, I can say it was a nice stay. The staff was so attentive and pleasant. The room was huge, as was the bathroom and all spotless. The food was decent and the original artwork all throughout was really wonderful. There are only 8 rooms and each from what I could see when passing by open doors, all looked lovely. If I had one complaint it would be that the air conditioner runs at a very high speed and there is really no way to quiet it. They did bring in someone to try to fix it but it didn’t do much. This made it difficult to get proper sleep.

The hotel has a restaurant where we went for breakfast with the whole family, it has a varied menu (especially Mexican), the food and drinks were very tasty, although it was not hot (the food was a bit lukewarm), the sweet breads were equally Rich, nice atmosphere, good service. The hotel is in a good location, it is small and cozy, with nice gardens.

El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación hermosa, limpia y cómoda. La recepcionista a mi llegada, muy atenta y servicial. En general es un lugar muy bonito para quedarse, céntrico y cómodo. Sin embargo tengo dos temas que me incomodaron, el primero, el Estacionamiento, está en la parte de atrás de la propiedad, sin conexión directa al hotel, debes caminar por fuera para acceder pro la parte frontal a la propiedad, en mi caso iba con mi chiquito y esto me parecía peligroso, además de ir cargada y eso complicaba las cosas. La segunda es que, en mi segundo día de estancia, no me esperaba bajar para salir a pasear y toparme con un evento “privado” en el lobby del hotel, de cual nadie me comunicó nada, además de ser molesto en incómodo pasar entre la gente para salir. Me pareció de muy mal gusto que se utilice un área común del hotel para un evento, sin considerar a los huéspedes. Fuera de eso, lo únicos colaboradores de hotel que puedo realmente destacar por sus atenciones fueron la chica de recepción que me recibió el viernes 17 y otra chica llamada Vero. Fuera de esos detalles, el lugar es muy lindo y acogedor
