I would like to share with you the disgrace I experienced at Vista, the only hotel I stay in every time I go to Mersin. So how can such a bad change happen? We went to stay at the Vista boutique hotel with my wife and 2-year-old son. Of course, I didn't have a chance to inspect the bed because I checked in at midnight. We went to bed and slept until the morning. When we opened our eyes, I saw ants all over the bed! Not just a few. They're everywhere like crazy! We slept in the middle of the night with all these ants on my arms and legs. I am extremely sorry for letting my baby stay in such a poorly clean hotel and experiencing a disgusting situation. Обворовал персонал, из сейфа пропали деньги! Вызывал полицию, сто раз просил что бы служба безопасности отеля показала по камерам кто заходил в номер и по магнитному считывателю сделала выгрузку, бесполезно. Три раза были проблемы с сейфом и приходилось вызывать сотрудников что бы они сбросили код, а в последний день когда достал деньги увидел отсутствие крупной суммы, и стало понятно почему сейф глючил. Предполагаю что сотрудник просто заходил в номер когда никого небыло и потихоньку вытаскивал, за 7 дней уборка была один раз, больше уборку в номер не вызывал, в общем впечатления отвратительные, если выбираете этот отель для остановки , то держите наличку при себе.

Номер мы сняли на 2 ночи (28.12.23 - 30.12.23). В номере было очень душно, кондиционер работал только на обогрев. Приходилось спать с открытой балконной дверью, соответственно нас покусали комары. Гигиенический набор состоял из: Шампунь - 2, Кондиционер - 1, Гель для душа - 1, Мыло - 2. И это на двух взрослых человек. Зубных щеток и пасты не было, что не соответствует требованиям звездности этого отеля. Из душевой кабины выливалась вода в основную и туалетную комнаты. Если в основной комнате лужа высыхала, то в туалете всегда была лужа. На указание об этой проблеме менеджеру, она сказала так и должно быть. Персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане очень вежливый, всегда помогали если нужна была помощь. Им отдельно я бы поставила 5 звезд.

Otel yeni ve konumu güzel. Konakladığımız oda 2 kişi için fazlasıyla küçüktü. Tek gece için sıkıntı olması fakat 3 ve üzeri için sıkıntı olabilir. Otelin Kahvaltısı bu segment otellere göre iyiydi. Temizlik açısından da bir sorun bulunmamaktaydı.
