"We arrived at the hotel, they checked us into a room that was so smoke-filled that it was impossible to even enter it. Fortunately, as we thought at the time, they immediately changed it for us. It was bearable, of course, the lack of a kettle, old furniture and other amenities had a slight effect, but the staff brought tea to our room, which overall felt like a touch of hospitality. In the morning we found bedbugs. There are simply no words... Draw your own conclusions P.s. Sorry for the mess, but in an attempt to find more evidence, they started turning everything upside down"
