This is the worst hotel in Turkey, not only in Mersin. They cancelled the reservation without informing me or trip.com. I think you should check the hotels because when a person is traveling and tired from traveling, he wants to go to the hotel to rest, not to deal with bad hotels, especially since the rooms are bad from the inside and have a bad smell.

I didn't have a stay there, they said their internet got problem I have pay in desk but not online, luckily Trip.com helped me to do a refund, there's no one can speak English, so not very friendly for a foreigner.

The pillows in the friend rooms are filthy yellow.. There is no water in the room, a guy with glasses is sitting downstairs, extremely indifferent, irrelevant, sullen.. The hotel is very old, it may have difficulty even in a 4 point earthquake.. Don't be fooled by the breakfast, cheese, eggs, jam.. The elevator is broken, I stayed in the elevator myself at night.. I definitely do not recommend a bad hotel in any way.. This is my personal opinion..
