Hotels near Messe Wien Exhibition and Congress Center, Vienna

First time experience where I had to self check in.. was relatively smooth experience. Location is very next to the main station, and therefore very convenient should you have connecting trains to go elsewhere in Europe. The rooms were just right, had everything you need including a place to cook if you must. Only thing to complain about if anything was the lack of a proper fan as the tiny fan was no good as Austria is quite warm during summer. Highlight of the trip for my wife was discovering the laundry room. Overall great experience and both of us really liked it.

The room was larger than anticipated, though bottled water was not provided. However, the location was incredibly convenient, with a DM drugstore and a small convenience store nearby. It's right next to the Belvedere Palace and just a hundred meters from the train station, making transportation extremely easy. As I only stayed one night, I simply checked out and left my luggage before heading out to sightsee the next day, so I didn't get a chance to experience the hotel's other amenities. Overall, it was a good stay.

Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn Wien was absolutely gorgeous. The ambience was warm and inviting, and its location—right in front of Schönbrunn Palace—made it a wonderful choice for those visiting the palace. There were plenty of nearby shops and cafes, which added to the convenience. However, if you’re planning to do sightseeing in the main city, transportation is something to consider. You’d either need to take a taxi (about 15–20 minutes) or a tram (around 45 minutes). So, while this hotel is perfect for a Schönbrunn-focused stay, it might not be the most convenient base for exploring the entire city. The staff were friendly, but one issue stood out—housekeeping. On our morning of departure, cleaning staff knocked on our door around 10–11 AM, seemingly checking when we would be leaving. Since checkout was at 12 noon, it felt like they were unnecessarily rushing us, which was a bit frustrating. Another concern arose after checkout. We left our luggage near the baggage room at reception to explore more, and upon returning, the staff couldn’t locate our bags—even though we had the receipt given by the staff when we dropped them off. Instead, we were asked to search through the luggage ourselves in a room full of other guests’ belongings. This didn’t feel very secure, as it seemed possible for someone to mistakenly—or even intentionally—take another person’s bags. Better monitoring or improved staff training in this area would certainly enhance the experience. Despite these issues, the hotel was lovely, and the staff were welcoming overall. With a few improvements in housekeeping procedures and baggage storage security, this could be an even better place to stay.

It’s good hotel but definitely not 5 stars Good style and furniture. But we asked for a kettle and we’ve got it without cups and tea No hair conditioner. Be ready that your shower is almost in your room And gym is tiny and not good equipped

The hotel is in the perfect location for all the major sites. Everything is walkable. There are a vast selection of eateries close by to suit every pocket. The Plachutta’s  Neu Markt (next door) serves the best Wiener Schnitzel …especially  if you don’t want to walk far after a late arrival.  The hotel itself is very clean and functional. The Reception staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Ask for a high floor to avoid any late night street noise. Note: the cathedral bells toll at 7am for early Mass but for us it added to our stay in the heart of this stunning city.

The location isn't ideal. There's a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, and public transport access is quite inconvenient. The room itself was pretty good and quite spacious. However, no complimentary water was provided. Plus, the nearest supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away and closes quite early.

It is located a little bit away from the city center, but transportation is very convenient. The hotel building itself is unique and beautiful. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is comfortable. One of the big advantages of this hotel is that the shared kitchen facilities are very well-equipped. The front desk staff are also very friendly, and the coffee machine in the lobby is free to use. Highly recommended. I stayed for 3 nights and am very satisfied.

The most convenient hotel on this trip. The subway station U4 line is across the street from the hotel. It takes no more than ten stops to get to various attractions. It is very convenient to buy a 24, 48, or 72 subway ticket in Vienna. The hotel is very new, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is large. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk is very good. She helped me book a restaurant and check the route of the attractions online. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”. Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

I went to Vienna twice this year, and stayed at this hotel again this time. It's a little far from the center, but that's not a problem. The hotel has all the facilities you need, so you can relax. It was the end of November, so I brought thick pajamas, but the room was very hot so I didn't need them. My grandmother broke the shower door, but they called a repairman the next morning and I was grateful. The coffee maker was also broken at first, and when I told the receptionist, they came to fix it while I was out. I think the service is great.
