Room allocated is more than 10 rooms walking distance, see pic Luggage storage terms and condition not specified in trip.com when I booked. Surprised is not allow after checking with counter. Finally all things turn for good, with trip.com communication, we can successfully place luggages in storage room on a special one time exception request, which we are very grateful and thankful 🙏"
