Hotels with Parking in Metz

The room is small and the equipment is average. It is a fast hotel. There are two supermarkets and KFC within 5 minutes walk. There is a good Chinese buffet in 15 minutes.

The location is convenient, the front desk is friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in the center of Metz, next to the concert hall, not far from the old town. It is convenient to eat and go shopping. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decorated with characteristics. The room was clean and the bedding was good.

We expected the hotel to be right outside the train station but the closest tunnel to get there was closed do we had to walk quite a distance lugging our heavy luggage. But once there it was fine. And the front desk representative was very helpful getting taxis for us the next day.

Accueil chaleureux du personnel. Hotel très calme et bien situé, proche du centre ville. Chambre confortable et propre. Nous recommandons pour un court séjour à Metz. Belle expérience.

Overall it's ok, breakfast needs to be improved a bit

The service staff on the first floor lobby are very enthusiastic, friendly and speak English, can quickly understand what passengers need, really thank you very much. Can book so close to the station at this price, the room is big and clean, really good. There are balcony, TV, a lot of cabinets, the focus is to have a small kitchen, can simply cook some cooking.

Small downside for the gentleman at the reception who was very friendly, but who asked me for an identity document. So I gave him my driving license issued by the state and therefore serves as an identity document accepted in France from the moment the photo on the document resembles the person. Fortunately my wife had hers, otherwise he would not have accepted us. After research his explanations were completely false. Otherwise the rest is good

Expensive and not worth it. We had booked two rooms for two adults and our two children. The pool was cold. When we ate in the restaurant (with few other guests) we had to wait an hour for the pricy food. The food was not that good and one dish had to be returned because the chicken was so dry. When we got to the rooms and looked forward to sleeping, it turned out that our two rooms on the first floor were located right above a noisy wedding party. The hotel must have been aware of that from the start. Very tired, we now had to pack our luggage and change to two new rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
