the hotel would not be bad, honest price for the area, helpfulness, quiet location, ample parking, friendly staff, room and bathroom of an acceptable size; shame about the smell of smoke which did not go away even after keeping the window and door open for hours. Unacceptable for people to smoke in a hotel room, but as there are no smoke detectors people do what they want. Not recommended if you care about your lungs.

Very pleasant stay and very good cooking. Unless a credit card problem, the manager helped me to find a solution and my stay was finally OK. The cookin, breakfast and dinner was really very good. Thanks a lot !

Lamentable and shameful! The room was in horrible condition! The air conditioning was leaking to the point where the carpet was wet. Weights in the bed as well as missing toilet paper and soap as well. To flee as quickly as possible!

Hotel without night duty, the number which is supposed to be an emergency number does not answer or rather the person who is supposed to be on call does not answer you (expressly). We returned at 12:30 p.m. and realized that the room access cards did not work, because they had been charged for one night even though we had paid for two nights. We call the emergency number several times, which rings but with no response. Two hours later someone shows up to tell us that he is coming to open the door because his colleague forwarded our messages to him. Which means he saw our calls, listened to our voicemails but didn't bother to pick up to tell us he was sending someone. He just left us outside in the cold for two hours. The person who comes to open the door tells us that the person who should take care of it doesn't live in Annecy (the hotel leaves emergencies to a person who doesn't live near the hotel: disaster) and that he It's a privilege he gives us that he could have not come (which means it's our fault if the cards don't work). In the morning we tell everything at reception, they tend not to believe us, no excuses, nothing at all. Total incompetence. Hotel to avoid, if you don't want to pay for the room and end up spending the night outside in the cold.
