Reforma
The hotel is in a very nice location, a couple of blocks from Avenida Paseo de la Reforma. The room was very clean and there was a walk-in shower in the bathroom. A nice ce upgrade would be to have USB ports by the nightstand. My issue is with Trip.com. I paid in advance for 3 rooms- one for me and one each for two friends. When I booked the rooms, I listed each of us separately on the online form. I received my confirmation by email and assumed that so did my friends. When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in without issue but when my friends tried to, they were told that no reservation existed for them. This is despite the fact that I had paid by credit card for all three rooms on one transaction. A call to Trips.com did nothing to fix the situation. The reservation number I gave them only had my room listed. My only option now is to dispute the charge once my credit card statement arrives.

Zona Rosa
Some old high-end hotels have great location, just a few steps next to the reforma222 shopping mall, the water in the bathtub is yellow and very unpleasant. Others are okay. The bellman is responsible
Hotel Flamencos Centro Histórico

The room is quite large, the bed is soft and elastic, very comfortable. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's breakfast, which has a wide variety and tastes good. There is freshly squeezed papaya juice and orange juice every day, and there are four or five kinds of yogurt. The hotel is less than one kilometer away from Constitution Square. The Capital Cathedral, the National Palace, the Grand Palace and other attractions are all close and can be reached on foot. The geographical location is very good. The front desk receptionist can speak English, so communication is barrier-free.

The location is very convenient, the breakfast buffet is average but the price is not bad!

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

Santa Fe
The room is relatively new and spacious. The bathroom is relatively simple and the towels are of poor quality. The most unacceptable thing is the pillow. I have never slept in something so uncomfortable! The service staff are very nice and enthusiastic. The breakfast included in the hotel is basically nothing except fruit and cheese. You still need to buy eggs and toast yourself. I booked it purely for a business trip and the price was acceptable during the exhibition.
