Big name hotel, the quality of stay is guaranteed. The hotel airport shuttle bus is convenient and fast. This hotel is also a collection point for many Chinese travel agency Myrme Day Tour. The breakfast included in the booked room is very simple, there is no way to have another 16 knives/person to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

A large hotel that would benefit from renovation as furniture and fixtures are showing their age. Kitchen is very small and not well equipped. Breakfast is basic as is Happy Hour. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I lived before the epidemic in 19 years. I have a good impression of the facilities, especially the breakfast is good in the United States, and it is very close to the airport and the free shuttle is convenient. But this time I hit Uber at the airport. The lobby has now been renovated, but the overall atmosphere is not bad, the hotel is safe, not far from the dolphin mall.

It’s pretty good that the room door was changed when we checked in, which led us to change the room and waited for most of the night. Other facilities such as swimming pools are great and you can walk directly to the beach.

Hotel lobby and pool area are nice and well equipped. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but clean. The $8 for a bottle of water so you can brew a half of cup of coffee in the room seems excessive.

It was a great stay while visiting family! We would stay again just make sure to always have a photo ID if forget the key!!

Room, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.
