Great property - not extravagant but it does the job. Kudos to the breakfast team which was working hard. Easy Turnpike address. I'll stay again. Looked like lots of business was around Price was good relative to the rest of the market. My only ”concern” would be they did not have wipes in the room - Marriotts were providing wipes and many of us feel safer wiping stuff down.

Big name hotel, the quality of stay is guaranteed. The hotel airport shuttle bus is convenient and fast. This hotel is also a collection point for many Chinese travel agency Myrme Day Tour. The breakfast included in the booked room is very simple, there is no way to have another 16 knives/person to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

The hotel is in a strategic location, on the Miami side of the river. It is close to all transportation links, so that you can easily go into Brickell, and beyond using public transport. It is short walk to Bayfront Park, which is a definite plus to enjoy the waterfront. Heavy traffic in the area, some of noise carries into the room at night, can't be helped. The staff are friendly and accommodating, without being cloying. The hotel provides good quality amenities for the business traveller, including pool, workout and computer workstations. Beds very comfortable. My only suggestion would be that the hotel invest in an update for the rooms and replace the in-room air conditioners with central air. Otherwise, clean and comfortable, and, for a couple of nights, good value for the money.

A large hotel that would benefit from renovation as furniture and fixtures are showing their age. Kitchen is very small and not well equipped. Breakfast is basic as is Happy Hour. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is great right next to the mall. We spent over 500 dollars for one night here. I expected certain things to be better for that price. 1. the bedding -. the sheets- they seemed cheap- they had a crinkly cheap feel that is usually common in cheap hotels not ones that cost 500 a night 2. We Were a family of three sleeping in a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. When we went out for dinner we asked the front desk- and they wrote our room number down. We asked them to make up the sofa bed with sheets for our 11 year old daughter. When we got back several hours later it was not made-up. We were catching an early flight so we decided to have her sleep with us rather than wait. No one ever came. Not really the night we expected for 500 dollars!

I thought it was close to the Everglades Park, so I booked this hotel. I went to open the room and saw the waiter just sent the towel inside. I casually said a sentence to one more, because the three of us, a person like a black manager, and the waiter explained the number of towels after check-out. Can I eat a towel hungry?

We booked this hotel in January working with Yenni and her team. Always professional and prompt email returns. Fast forward to our arrival - a good experience checking in overall. They were able to have several of our 10 rooms ready early early morning. Wonderful for our weary travelers. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Lobby pantry is stocked as well as the bar. A group of us ate in the restaurant it too was very good and unique dishes. They have a few cats they care for including vet visits on property (outside). Adorable but aloof. Lots of ducks close by too. The pool n jacuzzi passed the grand baby tests. Recommend? Absolutely !

Stylish hotel in a Perfect location with all the vibrant bars and clubs right on the doorstep and the beautiful beach just across the road…also Some great spots for breakfast are just a few minutes away. Our room overlooked a side road and the neighbouring bar but we were so knackered at night (and the double glazing helped) to notice any noise. Room was a good size, nice bathroom, with all the facilities you’d expect. The location also makes it great for exploring; we hired bikes for free from the hotel, and an Uber was never more than a few minutes away. Pool was really nice…..small but plenty of room to relax and have a few drinks, there was never a problem grabbing one of the sun beds. The staff were lovely, very helpful, welcoming and friendly which can make all the difference! Great hotel. Would be happy to recommend it and stay here again if we were to come back to Miami
