"Location is fairly good, near to the mall. Service is good as well, they provided us water every time we came back and left the hotel (very hot weather so it was very helpful). "
"Breakfast is not included by default, can be a single breakfast, no buffet. Check in for dozens of knife destination fee, can include 50 knife credit for the service, thirty-five knife credit for the meal quota, can not be used in the paradise bar or mini bar. Service attitude is very considerate, room service exaggerated to send a water also A full set of trays, honey, sugar, and plastic wrap. At the door, the boy picks up the baggage, sends the umbrella, sees that you have an empty drink bottle in your hand, and the paper group will ask you if you want me to help you get rid of the trash. This tip is so happy."
"The front desk actually remembers the face, the hardware is general but the service is really intimate. The location is very convenient in the city center. I want to live on the beach and go to the miami beach."

"You can see the bay and the bridge from the island, the view is very charming. The hotel is very close to the city's elevated rail station and has convenient transportation. The key is that the elevated monorail in the city of Miami is free and is located in the downtown area. It is a beautiful scenery in itself and should be one of the best in the United States. The Marriott Hotel is the same as the domestic one, and the service is as good as ever. The hotel is also very convenient to lyft to various attractions."
"If this were 1995 the hotel would be the best in Miami. But it’s a little outdated now. Some of the light switches were wobbly and needed to be change.
The noise was horrible- next to the main freeway. Loud horns during Art Basel right up until 1am.
I wouldn’t stay here if you want to be at art Basel. It’s too far away and too noisey."
"Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch
We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected.
Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night.
On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality.
PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters."
"There is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. It is also convenient to eat in the restaurant downstairs. The room is very new, but the sound insulation is not very good. It would be better if there is shampoo in the bathroom. The view of the swimming pool on the top floor is good."
"Hotel lobby and pool area are nice and well equipped. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but clean. The $8 for a bottle of water so you can brew a half of cup of coffee in the room seems excessive."
"Stylish, simple and modern express hotel located in the center of Miami, close to the Miami Historical Museum and the beach. On a clear day, you can enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. It is great. Tourists from all over the world gather and it is convenient for international exchanges."
"This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!"

YYUETINGWe will stay here again when we come back to Miami. The hotel service is very good, we arrived very early in the morning, the hotel still tried to help us find a vacant room for us to check in. There are big supermarkets, pharmacies and monorails that travel around the city for free within a few minutes of walking. I will still live here next time.

NNeilSModern interiors and spacious rooms. Our window was dirty so couldn’t see anything out from the 15th floor.
Although the building looks new we heard pipe noises frequently. That was annoying.
Gym and pool are great.
They don’t give complimentary drinking water bottle in room but there’s a water fountain next to the gym which is open 8am - 8pm. Make sure you have a reusable bottle.
They don’t have steam room or sauna. They say city view for the pool and gym but you say residential buildings in the front and hotel. But you can do sunbathing.
Front desk staff and other staff is friendly and have a smiling place always.
The cafe, lobby and rooms have stunning interiors.
The outdoor cafe at the back is a great place to hang out.
I’d stay here again if I get discount :)

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre.
Good white clothes towels and soaps.
SsidneyThe hotel room is not very big, the front desk service is very poor. The location is in downtown, there are restaurants and malls not far away, and there are too many people for breakfast.

文文A good hotel with good environment, hygiene and service. When booking the hotel, we indicated that we can check in after 3 pm. We arrived early at 11 am. If the store was not going to allow early check-in, we would store the luggage and go out to play. They just moved in without a word. In particular, I want to say that the hotel's mattresses are moderately soft and comfortable. If there are any disadvantages, it is far from the city and the beach.
GGuest UserThe room is big and the layout is good. The bed is very comfortable. This is a must for travel, otherwise it will affect the itinerary. There is a jet lag, so the check-in experience is good. The room is very warm. This is the only hotel that provides shower caps. Other hotels have nothing, at most a bar of soap.
GGuest UserReview:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
HHubertLocation SUPER! Food OK. Hotel old, room clean, but so, so. But it was Miami Downtown! If was the second stay in Miami on this winter school holidays trip, so it was
just for one night only.
The boy in the lobby for luggage also did his job well!
The most terrible experience with this stay was the booking by itself. Because making it at the end we felt a bit in a hurry so even
though we made booking 2 days in advance (prior to coming from Orlando), I made there a lapsus by making reservation with the start date.
I was putting in as starting date the date of when reservation was made (also because of outer distractions), so could not cancel it any more (48hrs
before start date of reg. only). So I made and paid second one as well.
Facilities old but still OK (altghough it could be in much better condition; compared let's say to an older hotel by Lake Bled in my country, for example, let's say Hotel Triglav with Restaurant 1906 - I always loved it and I still do, altgough there are many by us (older, where I stayed in) (let's say a dozen, maybe not that famous as this one) (but then again just by us there were a few dozens newer ones (but relative to period of 30yrs I am doing that, then not so many), I did stay in, that were also super at least).
Tried to negotiate a bit with employees in hotel reception, but they put it all back on me again and
said, it was mine and trip.com matter only, relying for us to solve it by ourselves between us...

MMeganFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.
The average price for hotels in Miami is RUB 22,829 on weekdays, and RUB 25,538 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
