Was very nice 24 hour desk but they didn’t warn us there is an extra charge on spa and sauna which is disappointing

Good value for the money, very close to the metro station, good restaurants near by, close to some interesting sites to visit.
The hotel didn’t provide any slippers for the guest, when you leave your room you have to leave the key to the reception, and collect it when you came back.
I stayed for the nights, i would leave the room early in the morning and came back late in the evening, on my last day of stay, when I returned, the door to my room was open! Probably the cleaning staff forgot to properly close the door! Anyone in the hotel, mostly on the same floor could have entered the room, lucky for me I didn’t leave anything of value in the room. Please be aware of this “small mistake” !

We booked for room with King /Double bed which was on the website ( hotel and Trip . Com). But the room provided us was not the same as describes on the website. Our room had a single bed and a king size bed that had taken a lot of space. The room was so small that the single bed made it smaller. I was so difficult for us to move around the room. I contacted the hotel manager on the day but he didn’t try to change the room. My husband was so frustrated that we had to spent more time outside not inside the room. My husband taken some pictures of the room that we will upload. The hotel’s breakfast was very simple and the same items every day. The hotel room didn’t have any tea facilities, no water and not even a glass was provided.
I contacted Trip.com but didn’t get any satisfactory resolution.

I booked a supreme room and didn’t pay too much attention when it says “one queens bed OR twin bed”. Upon arriving at the hotel (great service and amazing location btw) the check in was very swift and efficient. I was given my keys and to my shock, we were given twins bed 😓😓. I wanted to change room but my boyfriend said we’ll be fine. So we just put the twins bed together and slept. The mattress keeps sliding off all night so we couldn’t get comfortable. And to top all that… the A/C or heater was blasting 32.2* hot air. We were sweating so much in our sleep I had to get up to try and adjust it but its not working so i just turned it off. So yeah I didn’t get much sleep with the bed and heating and woke up feeling tired.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is very clean and it looks like it has been recently renovated. However the walls are very thin so you may hear all what is going on next door and on the hallways.
