The staff at the reception is wonderful, very responsive and attentive. The hotel is close to the Famagosta metro station, 10 minutes on foot. The only disappointment was the proximity of the hospital, as the ambulance sirens are very audible. A very good Esselunga store next to the metro and the Admiral bar there (I highly recommend it).

This is a very clean and friendly hotel located a little bit farther from the city centre. However you do can walk for 5-10 minutes to a tram station or, if you drive, there is a parking lot in the front of the building. The tram to city centre basically starts from every 15 minutes and takes 15 minutes. The receptionists will explain everything you would like to know. The room is very clean and spacious than same hotels in the city centre at the same price. The breakfast is normal but sufficient. The fast and cost effective way from there to MXP airport is to take the bus 98, a stop within 10 minutes walking, to the Lotto M1 M5 and then taking airport shuttle buses. Recommended!

The church can be seen from the balcony of the room. The hotel is next to Duomo, and the hotel service is very warm. I stayed in the hotel for two days in mid-March and felt very good. Then I stayed for three days in early April, and it was very satisfying. The scenery and shopping spots there are both great.

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.
