I specifically chose this hotel for Zhou Shen's concert. It's very close to the subway station, and just one stop away from the stadium. The overall service attitude was excellent. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot, and if the items were too big for the robot, a staff member would deliver them. After the concert, the hotel even offered ice cream and tea. The breakfast selection was extensive, and overall, I had a great experience. The only minor downsides were the limited number of elevators, which meant long waits during peak hours, and the shower water pressure on the 17th floor was a bit low.

Super convenient subway and taxi access right outside, easy walking distance to Wanda Plaza and Sports Center, and all the surrounding shopping malls, cinemas, and cafes within easy reach~ The room is clean, well-equipped, bright, and the service is attentive, making it well worth the price of admission 💯

We brought our kids to the sports center for street dance training and a competition. We booked this hotel on a friend's recommendation. The room was clean and hygienic, and the smart voice control system was very easy to use and practical. The front desk lady was also very attentive. The price was also very attractive, and it included breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Wuhan for a competition. Highly recommended!!!

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

The hotel is close to the stadium, cost-effective 🉑, and there are many takeaways around. Very clean. The little girl at the front desk is very nice, very polite, very kind, very extra points!

The experience was not very good. Come to see the game. I stayed the year before, it may be relatively new at that time, the door and the front desk are independent, and the waiters were very enthusiastic at that time. Breakfast was also delivered and the breakfast room was clean and hygienic. Come this year, do not hesitate to stay again. It is very different, maybe the source of customers is not good, the hotel is open source and throttling, check-in is three hotel counters together. Arrived in the afternoon, thinking that there will be more competitions to stay, staying for one night, and did not take the initiative to upgrade the room. It felt a bit different when I came. The front desk asked us if we were together. I answered that I smiled and asked the front desk where they were before. The front desk leader was not very enthusiastic and said that we didn't live in their home before, and they weren't here before. After I went up, I found that it was a tail room. Trip.com often had treatment and didn't mind too much. After entering, the room was small, the windows were small, and it was a bit depressing. When I went out later, I found that the tail room was smaller than the row of rooms. The front desk leader also asked us if we lived together, but we gave us such a small room? More than 300 rooms, small to catch up with the north and the Guang. Mr. said that staying overnight will be fine. The sound of supper in the middle of the night is so loud. Call at 1:30 noon the next day to urge check-out.
