"This trip I meet a different clark at the desk and he was AMAZING!! He definitely went above and beyond for me. It was super cold when I check in so my door key wasn’t working. I didn’t realize that cold air affected the doors lock system. 🫣 #HumorError but the guy literally came to my room to show me how to use it 🤣🤣 it was soooo embarrassing 🤣 but I got in safely and slept like a baby."

"Check in/Check out process was easy and smooth. My only gripe is that an alarm clock started ringing in the vacant room next to mine at around 6:30am 😩 I called the front desk and was told there was no one their to come turn it off. Finally, someone did about 15 minutes later. "

"I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh.
This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options. "
