convenient location near airport, room was clean, check in was efficient, bed was comfy. The breakfast situation was interesting unlike anything I had ever seen before. Reception gives you breakfast vouchers which are equivalent to dollar amounts that you spend in the shop. There is a table and a fridge in the lobby of snacks with prices that you use your vouchers for. There is also a staff member in the window that makes some cooked options you can use your vouchers on. There were a number of people waiting in the lobby on food before their shuttle to the airport. Nothing major wait time wise just not a walk up super fast buffet.

In transit between 2 flights, practical because very close to the metro station, restaurants around, a large, quiet room with good bedding, coffee available, a pleasant welcome.

Very good location! Clean and big room. Breakfast is decent.Service from front desk is very good. We could leave luggage in the hotel for the whole day . Also there is no room cleaning till the 3rd day.

Nice people, comfortable for people who do transit overnight at San Francisco Airport. Hotel is connected to the airport. But the price is too expensive. Need to pay for early check in.

The room was large and comfortable, with a kitchen for convenience. We stayed there for nine days, and we were very satisfied. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed is comfortable. I appreciated some amenities like the comfortable desk chair, and the lamp that are able to adjust brightness. The location is near the airport, about a 5-10 minute drive. And there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by.

My husband and were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was a good size overlooking the airport runway. The hotel was very clean and a great variety for breakfast each day. We loved the public transit which was right out the front door, Caltrain and BART which we used several times to go to Oracle Park even though we had a car. A great experience for sure! We would come back again.
