Monroe Hotels with Pools

Hotel room was very nice and clean smelled good, very quiet relaxing atmosphere, upon check in front desk assured me that the Continental breakfast would be available a little bit earlier due to the start time was 6am the same time I had to be @ work breakfast was ready @5:35am when I informed night shift front desk he didn’t want to honor me getting any thing to eat before 6am, which was ludicrous especially since it’s covered with my hotel room rental and it’s not provided from his paycheck smh, sad how some people have no compassion for others, I’m sure he’s going to have karma one day & won’t understand why he’s having issues.

我們訂了兩間房，酒店房間很大，兩個房間都有很大的像空氣處理香精的味道，我們要求更換情況嚴重的一間，交涉兩次，讓服務員進屋聞了，才給更換了一間。其中另一間窗簾也是壞的，拉不開。攜程的服務超讚，攜程和酒店溝通了幫忙鋪好沙發床，但是到達酒店，酒店方説他們沒法提供服務。美國3-4星酒店服務10點後都沒有房間服務。
