As someone who visited Mexico for the first time, I throughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I spoke very little Spanish but I had no issues communicating with staff about needing things such as room service and accommodation. I loved how quiet and serene the location was. Room service and the restaurant had very good food. Only issue was that the power went out for about 30 minutes but came back quickly. Also had spotty WiFi during my stay but i was able to get some decent signal. Overall I recommend this place as someone who is staying in Morelia for the first time!

I didn’t like this property for the money I paid and there was no add air conditioning plus it was not the best experience

It is indeed a great hotel. But it does need a profound renovation in all areas.
The pool is unavailable and so the tennis court. Nobody made me aware of this before and during booking not to mention at check-in.
The staff is great!
I will think twice before coming back again.
So sorry for this wondeful hotel.

I have been staying here several times and it is still a favorite in Mexico, Michoacan and of course Morelia.
Rooms a bit outdated and perhaps in need of upgrading.
Otherwise a great stay.
