"They wouldn't let me in because TRIP.COM hadn't paid Holiday Inn. I showed them my bank statement so they could see that you had charged me, I showed them the confirmation email and they didn't give me a solution because there were no rooms left and they had sold mine too. They didn't want to call you and the only phone I found was not answered because it was already 10:00 p.m. Totally, this is a scam on your part and Holiday Inn, which in addition to not returning my money, left me on the street at 10:00 p.m."

There is no AC and we couldn't open any windows as the room is right up on the very busy street outside. Our room was changed the next day and it was just wonderful. We extended a few more days. Very lovely hotel and even lovelier young staff. Gifts were wonderful."
