The place had a private pool and a beach access which was amazing for my daughter and she enjoyed a lot and special mention to Rintu who took extra care on the hospitality. A little maintenance will make the experience 5star.

The room we stayed at was room with private pool. On check in we found that a rat had nibbled through some tea and milk sachets which had been placed just a few minutes ago When we asked for a room change, they initially tried to convince us that they were sold out. But on insisting, they gave another room by evening. The curtains are dirty. There is no exhaust fan in the loo. The breakfast is very very basic for such high room rates. The Hype in NOT REAL. Some of the staff were enthusiastic & helpful. Most seemed uninterested and dull. There is mold in some places. Some lights were not working. AC is not at all sufficient to cool the room to a even a basic level of 'Cool'. All in all a resort that WAS/CAN be good....but unfortunately is mostly dull, not that clean, lacking maintenance, unkept and dirty in quite a few places. Is is VFM... ABSOLUTELY NOT! I have been to Goa at least a dozen times if not more....and this resort has been the most disappointing of all.

Amazing rooms with great view of ocean . Rooms are huge with all required facilities. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Sunil and Rintu were from the staff who were always ready to help and guide us for all the things. Foot massage by Rintu as complimentary was very relaxing. Sunil helped us to book car on hire .

The best place to visit Red Thread Morjim. Food quality and quantity is good. The earthen pots and plates crockery used to serve the food is authentic.. happy with the service.

great hotel with a great view with delicious food and great service, especially the cool manager Naik Ishwar always helped with everything, We are planning to come here for the New Year as we will have a great holiday the location is great, the sea is gorgeous, we chose a room with a sea view, we had a jacuzzi on the balcony and enjoyed the view
