"Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Without Personal Transportation( with out own vehicle) I am currently staying at White Woods Resort by Stone Wood Hotels in Villa 22 from June 6 to June 9, and today is only my first day. Unfortunately, the experience so far has been extremely disappointing. A short period of rain was enough to flood the roads and pathways around the resort. The access route to the beach and the main road became completely waterlogged, making it difficult, uncomfortable, and unsafe to walk. As guests without a personal vehicle, we feel effectively stranded inside the property. What is even more concerning is the response from the staff members. When we raised the issue, we were repeatedly told that the matter had been "fixed," despite the flooding being clearly visible and unchanged. No one came to inspect the situation, offer assistance, suggest transportation options, or provide any practical solution. The response felt dismissive and showed a lack of concern for guest safety and comfort. Guests should be informed before booking that access to and from the resort can become severely affected during rainy weather. A resort should provide support and accurate information when such situations occur, not simply dismiss guest concerns. After only one day of my stay, I already feel frustrated and uncomfortable. This is far from the relaxing holiday experience that was advertised. Unless you have your own vehicle and are prepared for potential access issues during the rainy season, I would not recommend staying here."
