Location of this resort is good as it is around 1km from point where chapora river and sea meets i.e Morjim beach. They have swimming pool, gym, indoor games, restaurant, garden etc... and everything is well maintained. Rooms are also clean and spacious will all basic amenities. The only thing u should keep in mind before booking lunch nd dinner with room is that they have fixed menu for prebooked meals and they dont serve food in room, for that you have to pay extra.

The property is nice and maintained. Breakfast is good. I have mixed opinions on a la carte menu. Sometimes it is good sometimes it is average. Rooms are nice and maintained. Staff is quick to respond
