The location is excellent, just across the street from the Red Square. The Red Square is very lively with the Chinese New Year Market and the Christmas Market. We stayed here and visited the Red Square three times. The hotel is European in style, the rooms are large, and the facilities are not as old as other reviews say. I think everything is quite comfortable except that the lighting is a little dim. The breakfast is indeed Russian, but I can get used to it. I was surprised to find soy sauce and wine for breakfast. What we especially praised was that we arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel did not let us wait, and immediately arranged a room for us, which really exceeded our expectations. In short, very satisfied!

This hotel has the worst service among the 10 or so hotels I stayed in Russia. The doorman opens the door for you while playing with his phone. When you go in, another doorman stands there and stares at you. He doesn't talk to you and asks you if you need any service. The hygiene is good, but everything else is just OK. The doorman gave me a very bad impression. It's good to have a coffee machine in the room. It's a good location opposite the Red Square.
